I haven’t had time for the second. The first I got through, and thought I was enjoying, until the end. Near the end I thought maybe she’d say, “Go screw yourself,” or something. “Wow” just doesn’t cut it. It gives the narrator a sort of air of “oh, what I have to say is wow.”
Ooh, go read the Borges one. The eeriest thing about it is how it is also familiar. That doesn’t make sense. But it might, later.
I LOVED the “wow”! It was hilarious! There’s the guy getting all existential in answering her question, and all she can say is “wow”, like an idiot, after he’s painted this picture of her as a goddess. It’s like Athena saying “Jeepers!”

i mostly like the vizhals. and the music.
