Certainly, video games are an art form. If television is, they certainly are. Art is, first and foremost, craft. (Artwork, hmm.) Once that criteria is accepted, the answer seems to become pretty clear. I think that if you asked people my age and younger if video games were art, you’d come up with a pretty positive consensus.
