The VoxPolitics Manifesto is ostensibly for UK politics, but I think it applies just as well to the US.
It’s worth a read. Describes the ways in which technology is/may be changing the political process; the way the political conversation works, from a broadcast medium to a conversational medium. Exciting stuff!
